DQMT Reports Modifications

A Not Verified Birth Verification error has been added to DQMT Error Report  This error identifies students who have Not Verified entered in the Birth Verification field.  Not Verified is in invalid choice.  To correct the error, verify the birth document for the student and modify the field appropriately.

The Missing ELA Data (HLQ Not On File) error has been modified.  The modification was necessary as the requirement for Home Language Questioner (HLQ) for students changed on July 1, 2008.  The change requires a HLQ to be on file for every student who enters Denver Public Schools after July 1, 2008.  The error now includes:

    - all students who entered DPS after July 1, 2008 who do not have a HLQ on file and

    - students who entered DPS prior to July 1, 2008 and answered yes to either question.

To correct the error, submit an original HLQ for each student to Test Processing.  Remember that the HLQ must be completed in pencil and signed by the parent.
