ELA Errors Updated

The ELA Errors on the Error Detail Report for schools has been updated. There is a correction to the data entry for "Missing Birth Country", "New "No" Student w/o Lang" and "Missing ELA data". New Error on the School Error Reports

There is a new Error on the School Error Reports "State ID Needed". This error occurs when CDE requires additional information for this student in order to obtain a State ID for district funding.
